A three-day mountain-running programme through the trails of Anaga, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and part of the international K42 Adventure Marathon Series.

The programme includes KVertical on Friday; K30, K12 and K Kids on Saturday; and K42 and K21 on Sunday. Main fees are 25€ for KVertical, 30€ for K12, 35€ for K21, 40€ for K30 and 50€ for K42. Three-day combinations cost 80€ or 90€, and K Kids costs 5€.
