A major indoor fitness race combining running and functional workout stations at the Tenerife Exhibition Centre.

Programme and practical details

This is the first HYROX event in the Canary Islands and the opening of the 2026/27 season. Every athlete completes eight 1 km running sections alternating with eight functional workout stations. Saturday includes Men, Pro Women, Pro Doubles Women, Mixed Doubles, Pro Doubles Men and Pro Men divisions from 08:00 to approximately 20:30. Sunday includes Women’s Doubles, Women, Men’s Doubles and relay divisions from 08:00 to approximately 18:15. Athlete and spectator tickets are separate.
