Gran Tarajal Gaming Challenge transforms the town’s exhibition venue into a meeting point for families, young people and gaming fans over two days of digital entertainment. The activity is designed to encourage shared play and healthy competition, giving participants the opportunity to enjoy technology together in an accessible setting during the local festivities.

Visitors can expect video-game consoles, simulators, interactive challenges and other gaming experiences created for different ages and levels of experience. Rather than focusing only on competition, the programme also promotes cooperation, social interaction and family participation. The Cabildo de Fuerteventura’s New Technologies area and FDCAN organise the event at the Recinto Ferial de Gran Tarajal on 18 and 19 August. On both days the programme runs from 10:00 to 14:00 and again from 16:00 to 19:00. Entry is free until capacity is reached.
