About This Event
Footnotes by Cabello/Carceller rereads history from positions that were pushed to the margins, asking how identities and lives disappear when official narratives demand fixed categories. The exhibition brings historical figures and contemporary artistic work into dialogue, paying attention to mechanisms of erasure, control and normativity. Rather than simply restoring forgotten names, it asks visitors to question how the dominant story was constructed in the first place.
