This MUSA México workshop connects creative practice with a material that has deep historical links to both Mexico and the Canary Islands: cochineal. Led by Ulrike Güse and Nathalie Leturcq, participants explore natural colour and printmaking while creating stamps inspired by visual references from the two Atlantic cultures. The activity combines craft, design, local history and hands-on experimentation, making the shared history of cochineal tangible through making rather than only explanation.
Practical information: Published sessions: 2026-09-05 11:00–13:00; 2026-09-05 17:00–19:00. Admission is free. The record uses the official organiser contact and the institution’s direct event image.
