DifrAcción Ensemble presents an international programme of twentieth- and twenty-first-century music under the musical direction of José María Vicente. The flexible Canary Islands ensemble brings together winds and strings for a concert that includes Tristan Murail and two Canarian premieres, highlighting timbre, spatial detail and the precision required by current concert music. The project has been created to give contemporary repertoire a dedicated professional platform in the islands.
