Join Burial of the Sardine on Sunday, 28 February 2027, from 19:00 to 22:30, at Club Natación Metropole · Paseo de Las Canteras in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The closing procession accompanies the sardine to its ceremonial burning, with black-clad “widows”, music and theatrical mourning marking the end of Carnival.
