Fluor Moon Diabetes returns to Avenida Carlos V in Carrizal for a bright evening of sport, music and awareness on World Diabetes Day. The programme starts at 17:00 with a Zumba masterclass and continues with DJs, batucada, live entertainment, children’s activities, health initiatives and a public festival running until 23:59. The under-6 race covers 200 metres at 20:00; the 7–15 race covers one kilometre at 20:15; the competitive 3 km race for ages 16+ starts at 20:30; and the non-timed 3 km family walk leaves at 21:15. Public access is free, while participation costs €10 for people aged 16+ and €5 for younger participants. Registration includes a race number, official shirt, runner’s bag, glow stick and fluorescent-paint area. Places are limited, with registration closing on 10 November at 23:00 or when full.
