A popular running and heart-health day organised by the Canarian Society of Cardiology, with all races starting and finishing in Parque Romano.

The urban route links Parque Romano with the marina. The programme combines sport with CPR and defibrillator workshops, health talks, Nordic walking, children’s cooking and family activities.
