Conversations with My Mind is Joaquín Caserza’s comedy show about mental health—funny in form, but serious in purpose. On stage, the performer talks to his mind, anxiety, fear, body and other inner characters that take on a life of their own.

Through accessible comedy and theatrical dialogue, Caserza invites the audience to laugh while reflecting on their own relationship with their thoughts and emotions. The show lasts approximately 120 minutes and is recommended for audiences aged 14 and over. Late admission is not permitted once the performance begins.
