The grand finale of the Canarias UP! 2026 island tour is a two-day festival connecting local commerce, entrepreneurship, technology, food and entertainment. Its six programme areas bring together specialty coffee and baristas at Caffest, live cooking with local products in Somos lo que Comemos, indie games and digital experiences at TecnoUp, Canary Islands brands and crafts at UpMarket, a youth Hackathon and the Tardeo networking and DJ session. General admission is free; the Hackathon and Tardeo require free prior registration.
