A twelve-hour food and entertainment fair in La Esperanza, spread across Plaza del Adelantado and Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The official opening is at noon, while stalls and activities run from 11:00 until midnight. The music programme includes Macacos, Xenials and Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto, together with Sergio Melián, Guachipandixie, Ángel Truss, Rebeca García Frías’s dance group and Estefanía Luque’s flamenco group.

The culinary programme focuses on produce from the Canary Islands, including tastings of gofio, honey, cider, cheese and wine. Panadería Pastelería Zulay presents a live cooking demonstration, while local restaurants compete in the third Raíces tapas competition with dishes built around local ingredients. The programme also combines family activities, dance exhibitions and live entertainment throughout the day.
