Arucas hosts the fourth edition of its National Ham Carving Competition, bringing specialist cutters together in the Jardines Municipales to demonstrate precision, presentation and professional carving technique.

The programme includes a public masterclass offering a closer look at the craft and the skills assessed in competition. The event is open to spectators and admission is free.
